amb 7 anys d’independència catalunya passaria de dèficit a un superàvit de 85.000 mmeur el cercle català de negocis (ccn) recomana en un estudi que l’organització presentarà demà a la tarda a l'espai àgora catalunya, que les petites i mitjanes empreses de catalunya, les quals representen un 99,6% del teixit productiu català, ja incloguin en el seu pla de futur la independència de catalunya a 3 anys. “totes les empreses que no el tinguin fet, hauran perdut uns mesos o anys contra els seus competidors”, adverteixen. en aquest extens estudi, al qual ha tingut accés el singular, el cercle llista tots els punts forts de la independència. per exemple, recorda que en aquest moment les exportacions catalanes ja superen al 2011 els 55.185 m€, batent el rècord de 2008 d’abans de la crisi. un augment que el 2011 ha estat del 13,5%, més alt que el de països com frança ( paris ), alemanya o holanda. per tant, catalunya no depèn d’espanya. l’estudi, també planteja molts altres avantatges respecte la independència: que catalunya tindrà un nivell de deute públic del 80%, per sota de la mitjana europea (85%); que amb 7 anys sense espoli fiscal, catalaunya no tindrà deute sinó un superàvit de 84.968 mmeur, o que amb aquests números la prima de risc de l’estat català serà de 140 punts, semblant a la de bèlgica. i tot això permetrà disposar de més recursos per impulsar la competitivitat i la internacionalització de les empreses catalanes i accedir al crèdit. boicot i bancs el ccn també dóna algunes solucions a possibles entrebancs. per exemple, respecte un boicot de productes catalans per part d’espanya la patronal proposa un “transshipment”: portar el producte a un port franc o a un altre país i reetiquetar-lo. “addicionalment, les empreses han de defensar que no tenen res a veure amb la situació política”, també recomanen. finalment, el ccn recorda que en cas d’esdevenir estat les pimes tampoc s’hauran de preocupar pels bancs, ja que “el sistema financer català controla ara un 19.24% dels dipòsits i un 17.22% dels crèdits de l’estat espanyol”. a més, “ dos dels bancs més solvents amb core capital > 10% (caixabank i sabadell) són catalans”. un estudi que ha estat avalat per diversos economistes estrangers com kenneth rogoff, excap del fmi, que confirma que si catalunya fos un estat “seria un dels països més rics del món"; erling kydland, premi nobel d’economia el 2004, qui confirma que catalunya podria “ crear el mateix nivell de confiança que ha permès a irlanda créixer tan espectacularment en els últims 20 anys” o gary stanley becker, també nobel d’economia el 1992, qui nega que la “independència suposaria un desastre”.
